- Georgia Added August 29, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆An extremely unprofessional & disorganised real estate firm. I have investment properties and am so glad they ARE NOT managed by this firm. I have experienced their management as a tenant, and am absolutely appalled at how they have managed the property. I had to do most (if not all) of the leg work in rectifying issues and these are seldom followed up or noted, so often had to constantly request that the same things be urgently fixed…12 months later the issues relating to tenant safety & the structure of the property persist (including mould, wood-rot, & sunken floors!). I would not recommend them to anyone (renters or owners) & certainly won’t be using them again for either purposes. With real estate agencies galore, you could literally choose any other firm and have a better outcome.
